QUESTION: WILL MY ORDER BE HOT?   Answer: We will do our best to deliver your meal hot; however, depending on distance and number of orders, you may have to reheat your smiley meal. 4. QUESTION: CAN I ORDER GLUTEN-FREE OR ALLERGY-FREE MEALS? Answer: Unfortunately, no, our meals are prepared in a commercial kitchen facility where we can NOT guarantee a gluten-or allergy-free environment.
